If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site or request our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who contacts us through the Site.
Truegrade Lodi Asphalt Paving is a asphalt paving contractor based in Lodi, California. We provide asphalt paving, sealcoating, repair, parking lot services, and related work for residential and commercial customers. Service availability is subject to our geographic service area, scheduling, and weather conditions.
Information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.
Any estimate provided - whether by phone, email, or on-site visit - is based on the information available at the time and is not a binding contract until a written proposal has been signed by both parties. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ materially from what was represented at the time of the estimate, or if the scope of work changes at the customer's request.
Verbal estimates are not binding. We strongly encourage customers to request a written, itemized proposal before authorizing any work.
Work is scheduled based on availability and weather conditions. Asphalt paving and sealcoating require dry weather and minimum temperature thresholds to be performed correctly. We reserve the right to reschedule work if weather conditions are not suitable, and we will notify the customer as early as practicable.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, please notify us as soon as possible by phone at (209) 280-3669 or by email at sales@lodiasphaltpaving.com. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or a crew has been dispatched may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified in your written proposal.
Payment terms are specified in the written proposal or invoice for each project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of work. For larger projects, a deposit may be required prior to scheduling or ordering materials, as specified in the proposal.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of proposal. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by California law. If collection action is required, the customer agrees to pay reasonable collection costs and attorney fees.
Before work begins, the customer is responsible for:
Truegrade Lodi Asphalt Paving is not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities or property that was not disclosed prior to work commencing.
Where a written warranty is included in your project proposal, the terms of that warranty apply. Unless a specific written warranty is provided, work is delivered as-is. Natural weathering, UV oxidation, staining from vehicle fluids, and wear from normal use are not covered by any warranty.
Asphalt pavement is subject to natural curing variation, minor surface imperfections, and color variation, which are normal characteristics of the material and are not defects. Performance issues caused by pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to the estimate, extreme weather events, or actions by the customer after work is completed are also excluded from any warranty.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Truegrade Lodi Asphalt Paving shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site or from services rendered, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a service project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific project. Some states do not allow the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

Class action and jury trial rights are waived to the extent permitted by law.
